THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
We’re looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner directly with our founders and senior leader team. This individual will be a critical extension of executive leadership, enabling cross-functional cohesion, driving operational rigor, and supporting long-range business planning across our most dynamic and fast-moving teams including engineering, product, creative, and marketing.
The Chief of Staff is a trusted strategic advisor, an integrator of cross-functional priorities, and a hands-on operator who can translate ideas into action and drive complex projects to the finish line. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation, high emotional intelligence, and a bias toward action.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Engineering and senior leadership across the company.
Lead strategic projects and orchestrate and drive cross-functional initiatives, especially at the intersection of product and engineering.
Own agenda setting and preparation for leadership meetings and recurring business reviews.
Conduct relevant internal and external research and analysis to inform and drive decision-making.
Serve as a proxy in key meetings, driving progress and ensuring timely follow-up.
Build structure and process to address bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
Organizational Management and HR / Recruiting partnership and delivery
Manage headcount, generate analysis on org structure, manager load, level imbalances, attrition
Partner with recruiting & HR on:
Driving intern and campus hiring, intern engagement programs, intern and campus hire onboarding, selection of colleges, comp details etc
External events for branding Quince. Invitations to senior ICs & EMs, setting up and co-ordinating the events etc
Setting up a hiring drive calendar, working with managers to get panel nominations
Reviewing panelists, setting up new hires with shadow and reverse shadow interview and expanding panelists
Drive org changes from beginning to end, ensuring all activities from planning and…
