Location: Bengaluru

Job Objective
We are seeking a seasoned leader to develop and implement an overall  Project Execution Strategy . The successful candidate will ensure the timely completion of large-scale projects while adhering to the highest standards of cost, quality, and engineering efficiency. You will be responsible for driving long-term value through process improvements, value engineering, and the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Provide functional guidance to standardize project execution practices across the organization.
Develop and implement  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)  for the Projects Department.
Establish a  Knowledge Management Framework  to share best practices and key learnings across all sites.
Lead the development of robust reporting and MIS frameworks for top management.

Operational Excellence
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project management frameworks, including resource allocation and planning for large-scale developments.
Drive project implementation within optimum turnaround times and set rigorous cost-saving targets.
Ensure the implementation of high-standard  Quality Assurance (QA)  and  HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)  policies.
Lead the empanelment and evaluation of consultants, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with  ISO standards  and other quality/safety benchmarks.

Financial & People Management
Drive profitability through value engineering and effective project management practices.
Develop and monitor department and project budgets to ensure financial discipline.
Coordinate with the Finance Department to manage working capital and ensure timely payments.
Lead the Engineering team, overseeing recruitment, performance reviews, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of  innovation  and continuous learning within the team.

What We Are Looking For

Education:

BE (Civil) / M.Tech; a Management degree is highly preferred.

Experience:

Min 18–20 years of relevant industry experience.
Expertise:  Proven track record of managing  large-scale and mixed-use developments , including high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, townships, and villa complexes.
Technical Knowledge:  Deep understanding of construction technology, tools, software, and the regulatory frameworks applicable to real estate projects.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, a passion for excellence, and strong team leadership abilities.
