About the Role
Rupeek is looking for a Manager / Assistant Manager – Administration to lead PAN India admin operations . This is a high-ownership role that requires strong decision-making, team leadership, and execution capabilities to manage multi-location administration, facilities, vendors, and compliance.
The role will directly report to the Head of Total Rewards and People operations and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end PAN India administration operations across all Rupeek offices.
Manage facility operations including office upkeep, security, housekeeping, pantry, and space management.
Handle real estate activities such as office leasing, renewals, expansions, fit-outs, and relocations.
Own vendor management – onboarding, negotiations, contracts, renewals, SLAs, and escalations.
Drive cost control and budget optimization across admin and facility expenses.
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, fire, and workplace regulations across locations.
Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness for admin-related reviews.
Lead and mentor PAN India admin teams , ensuring standardization and timely execution.
Act as a single point of contact for leadership on admin and facility matters.

Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities independently.
Experience & Qualification
8–10 years of experience in General Administration / Facility Management / Real Estate / Vendor Management .
Prior experience managing PAN India or multi-location operations is mandatory.
Exposure to fast-growing organizations, startups, fintech, or large corporations preferred.
Graduation mandatory; relevant certifications are a plus.
