Position: Campus Manager / Administrative Head
Location: Bengaluru

International University Campus – Bengaluru, India

We are inviting applications for a Campus Manager / Administrative Head for an upcoming international university campus in Bengaluru.

This is a founding leadership role responsible for establishing and managing end-to-end campus administration, ensuring global standards of operations, student services, compliance, and overall campus experience.

The role requires a professional who can build systems from the ground up and operate in a multicultural academic environment aligned with international higher-education practices.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Operations & Administration

- Lead overall campus administration including facilities, security, transport, housekeeping and vendor management
- Establish operational SOPs aligned with international university standards
- Oversee infrastructure readiness and day-to-day campus functioning

Student & Academic Support Services

- Manage student services, orientation, campus life and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with academic teams for timetable, classroom readiness and learning support
- Ensure high-quality campus experience and service delivery

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and institutional policies
- Support audits, documentation and statutory reporting
- Liaise with local authorities and external stakeholders

Team & Vendor Management

- Build and lead administrative teams across functions
- Manage service partners and outsourced vendors
- Monitor budgets and operational efficiency

Campus Setup (Founding Phase)

- Support campus launch activities
- Participate in infrastructure planning & readiness
- Work closely with global stakeholders

Preferred Profile

- Master’s degree (MBA / MPA / Operations / Education Management preferred)
- 10–18 years experience in campus administration, university operations, hospitality, or large institutional environments
- Experience in residential / international / private university campuses preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving ability
- Experience in setting up new campus / institution will be an advantage
