Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions that integrate multiple disciplines.
- Develop strategies to control attrition in response to market trends through tactical thinking.
- Oversee initiatives aimed at achieving target retention for the team/business unit.
- Lead succession planning by designing and deploying strategies utilizing existing assessment centers and training workshops.
- Create a skill directory for each line of business to facilitate effective expansion and smooth entry into new markets.
- Review the progress of top talent within their verticals monthly.
- Enhance the existing recognition and rewards framework with a well-thought-out action plan.
- Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.
- Identify trends in qualitative and quantitative data to improve organizational health and support informed decision-making.
- Align learning strategies with business goals to demonstrate relevant ROI and reduce reliance on external hiring.
- Collaborate with capability and technical training teams to support business unit growth.
Qualifications
MBA with 8-10 years relevant experience
Required Skills
- Experience in a large-scale, global enterprise business managing approximately 750+ employees.
- Comprehensive knowledge of executive-level people practices with a proven track record of delivering impactful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change.
- In-depth understanding of local laws and regulations.
- Strong strategic thinking and innovation capabilities.
