REDS | Rubenius Interior Wellbeing Project Manager – Experiential Interiors

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of experiential, technology-integrated interior projects, ensuring execution excellence across time, cost, quality, and coordination.

This role requires a strong on-ground leader who can translate design intent into structured execution, manage multiple stakeholders, and take clear ownership from project award through handover.

What You’ll Own Project Execution & Delivery

- Take ownership of projects from kickoff to final handover and closure
- Prepare and manage detailed project execution plans, schedules, and milestones
- Ensure delivery against approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Align design intent with site execution realities

Multi-Disciplinary Coordination

- Coordinate with:
- Design and experiential teams
- Technology, AV, and interactive vendors
- Civil, interior, MEP, and specialist contractors
- Ensure scope clarity, dependency management, and sequencing across teams
- Resolve execution conflicts proactively

Site Management & Quality Control

- Manage daily site activities, resources, and sequencing
- Conduct site meetings, progress reviews, and inspections
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and workmanship standards
- Drive snag resolution and finishing quality

Commercial & Change Management

- Track budgets, billing milestones, and cash flow in coordination with commercial teams
- Monitor scope changes, variations, and approvals
- Ensure commercial discipline without compromising experience quality

Client & Stakeholder Interface

- Act as the primary point of contact during execution
- Lead coordination meetings, progress reviews, and site walkthroughs
- Communicate clearly on timelines, risks, and decisions
- Build trust through predictability, transparency, and ownership

Documentation & Handover

- Maintain structured project documentation:
- Drawings, approvals, MOMs, and site records
- Schedules, trackers, and reports
- Ensure smooth handover, snag closure, and final documentation
- Support post-project reviews and learnings

Who We’re Looking For Experience

- 6–12 years of experience in:
- Interior fit-out
- Design-build
- Experiential or commercial interiors
- Experience managing ₹2

Cr+ projects preferred

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Civil Engineering
- Architecture
- Construction Management
- Interior Design (with strong site exposure)

Skills & Capabilities

- Strong project planning and execution skills
- Ability to read architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings

- Experience with site coordination, quality control, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Excel,Rdash
- Clear written and verbal communication
