Job Description:

We’re looking for a seasoned  Account Director  to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will take the lead on a key client account, overseeing all agency services and deliverables.
As the primary point of contact for the client, you will guide and manage a team of Account Managers to ensure seamless execution and consistently high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage agency services for a set of primary accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for clients at a strategic level.
Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers.
Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure the execution of campaigns aligns with client objectives.
Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to the client, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide effective solutions.
Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Event industry, with a focus on account management.
Proven experience in managing large accounts and leading teams.
Strong understanding of the advertising landscape and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using various project management tools and software.
Prior experience/keen inclination towards handling B2B tech brands essential
