Position Summary:

This role operates within the CEO's Office to execute high-impact initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency and future-proofing the workforce. This role focuses on two primary pillars: driving structural transformation to unlock productivity and leading the organization's AI adoption roadmap. The incumbent will work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and HR to implement better ways of working across the enterprise.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Organizational Transformation & Productivity:

- Lead the design and implementation of organizational redesign initiatives focused on streamlining operations and removing functional silos.

- Identify and execute specific interventions to unlock productivity gains, including process optimization and the introduction of agile "ways of working."

- Conduct deep-dive assessments of current departmental structures to ensure they are aligned with the company's long-term growth objectives.

2. AI Agenda & Workforce Productivity:

- Workforce Enablement:
Develop and oversee programs to drive broad-based productivity gains through the adoption of AI tools (e.g., Generative AI) across the general workforce.

- Capability Building:
Design and manage targeted training programs to upskill employees on AI tools specific to their functional requirements.

- HR Functional Evolution:
Lead the integration of AI within the HR department to modernize recruitment, performance management, and predictive people analytics.

3. Performance Framework (OKRs):

- Systematize the organizational OKR framework to ensure clear accountability and alignment with the CEO's strategic priorities.

- Manage the quarterly scoring and setting process, providing the executive team with data-driven insights on organizational performance and execution gaps.

4. Strategic Partnership with HR:

- Act as the primary bridge between the CEO's Office and the HR function for all transformation-related projects.

- Ensure that organizational design changes are supported by robust change management and communication plans.

Qualification &

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience within a top-tier management consulting firm, with a specific track record in organizational transformation, redesign, or operational excellence.

- Distinguished academic record from a premier undergraduate institution.

- A Master's degree or MBA is nice to have but not a prerequisite.
