Role Description

The Senior Manager will lead and oversee various financial engagements, coordinate with teams, and manage client relationships to ensure high standards of service. Responsibilities include supervising audits, managing compliance, providing advisory services, and ensuring adherence to domestic and international tax regulations. The role also involves nurturing client relationships, mentoring junior staff, and driving efficiency in operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Professional qualification - CA from ICAI.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Audit, Assurance, Compliance, and Taxation (domestic and international).
Strong skills in Financial Planning, Business Advisory, and Risk Management.
Ability to lead and mentor teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in critical problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking for client engagements.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and financial reporting.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service management skills.
Experience in managing client portfolios across industries is highly desirable.
