Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, business-oriented professional to drive city-level performance and execution. This role involves owning the city P&L from an analytics lens, identifying operational and execution gaps, and leading turnaround and structural improvement initiatives across centers within the city.

Roles & Responsibilities
● Deep-dive into city-level performance metrics, forecast outcomes, and actively influence the city P&L
● Analyze business and operational data to identify execution gaps at the city level and drive corrective actions
● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of city-level priorities
● Lead and support center-level turnaround initiatives to improve profitability and performance
● Drive structural improvements and long-term priority execution across the city
● Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
● 4+ years of experience in analytics, with a strong inclination towards business and operations
● Prior experience in analytics roles within consulting firms (e.g., Mu Sigma) or growth/analytics teams is preferred
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into business actions
● Educational background from premier institutes such as IITs or NITs is preferred
