Capacity Planning Manager

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

Bridge between Bizfin and the Category teams
Inventory & Inbound:
Capacity planning, forecasting (Inward/Outward), and container tracking
Commercials & Budget: PO level AOP splits, AOP tracking vs. actuals, and centralized packaging procurement.
Strategic Expansion: EBO capacity planning (pullbacks/new stores), B2B process setup (appointment adherence), and Spare Parts listing/launching.
Systems Integration:
Item master management, Tax/Finance unblocking for e-waybills, and AMC/PMC initiatives.
--> inventory is in the right place, at the right cost, and aligned with the financial budget (AOP)

Key Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel/planning tools (Unicommerce, Metabase, planning models)
Data-driven decision making
Stakeholder management and communication
Understanding of operations, supply chain, and workforce planning
Ability to manage ambiguity and fast-changing demand

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
MBA / Post-graduate degree preferred
Worked specifically with high scale planning roles & better collaboration

Experience
4–7 years of experience in capacity planning, operations planning, or supply chain roles
Experience in large-scale operations, warehouses, manufacturing, or service environments preferred
Hands-on experience with AOP planning and volume forecasting
