Project Lead, Management, Operations Manager

Location: Bengaluru

The Project Lead is responsible for end-to-end execution of multiple projects, overseeing Site Engineers and Project Managers to ensure delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards. This role serves as the primary bridge between clients, internal teams, consultants, and contractors while driving operational excellence on site.
1. Project Execution & Site Management
Lead daily site operations and ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and project specifications.
Monitor progress against timelines and escalate potential delays proactively.
Ensure all site activities are carried out as per safety and quality standards.
Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and execution updates.
2. Design & Technical Coordination
Review GFC drawings and coordinate with the design team for execution clarity.
Ensure on-site work reflects approved design intent and technical standards.
Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and networking services.
Identify and resolve site-level technical conflicts promptly.
3. Vendor & Contractor Management
Supervise subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors on-site.
Ensure proper allocation of manpower as per project phase.
Track material deliveries and ensure proper storage and usage.
Validate work progress before contractor billing.
4. Client Coordination & Reporting
Support the Project Manager in client interactions and review meetings.
Provide regular progress updates and execution reports.
Ensure client concerns at site are addressed promptly.
5. Cost & Timeline Control
Track on-site material usage and labour deployment.
Assist in maintaining cost discipline as per approved BOQ.
Flag risks or potential overruns to the Project Manager.
6. Project Handover & Closure Support
Support snag list preparation and closure.
Ensure site readiness for final inspection and handover.
Assist in documentation for project closure.
