Designation - PL Operations Leader/Manager
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with US customers during US business hours
10+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Prior experience managing teams focused on:
Scheduling and workforce planning
Data analysis
Real-Time Analysis (RTA)
Strong experience in creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
Excellent reporting and analytical skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
