Operations
The Event Operations executive executes events while ensuring that all logistic requirements are carried out according to the event plans. He/she will be managing the event plans and will work closely with the other departments to make sure that all the operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.

Experience:
4-12 years
Required skills/experience:
- We're looking for detailed and resourceful candidates.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Should be able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans
Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate internally with various stakeholders
- Manage the execution of event logistics plans to support project plans
- Lead negotiations with Vendors
- Conducting a recce and preparing layouts
- Manage escalated on-site issues
- Review vendors based on quotations obtained for provisions of goods and services
- Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards
