Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Learning & Development Manager. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities include managing the learning management system, creating instructional design materials, leading trainings, and developing leadership capabilities within the team. The manager will collaborate with other departments to align learning strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Learning Management
- Proficiency in Instructional Design and curriculum development
- Experience in Leadership Development and team-building processes
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality, or related field
