Overlooking Operation and Maintenance of MEP system such as HVAC, STP, rainwater harvesting, firefighting, Electrical HT/LT, DG, UPS, CCTVs, and access control system e

Operation and Maintenance of apartments, common area, Club House facilities (Gym & Swimmin

Preparation and submission of site team manpower billing/salary attendance to client’s accounts department along with cost sheet for invoicing proce

Preparation of Daily Management report DMR, Monthly Management Report MMR and Daily Progress Report DPR for transition, presenting the same to Manageme

Hiring External professionals for repairs of the building, equipment or machine
- ry.
Performing regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correct
