Are you a visionary product leader who thrives on building innovative, customer‑centric solutions? We’re looking for a  highly motivated Manager – Product Management  to lead a team of product managers and drive strategic product initiatives for our core business.

What You’ll Do
Define and drive product strategy with clear, supportable objectives and long‑term vision.
Build product roadmaps, craft KPIs, and develop user stories & requirements.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of product managers.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, business) to ensure high‑quality product delivery.
Oversee testing strategies, ensure reliability, and incorporate user feedback to enhance product quality.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent.
14+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years in core Product Management.
3+ years of experience managing and developing product managers.
Proven success in delivering software/technology products in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills to bridge business and engineering.
Solid understanding of software development processes.
Ability to leverage data for insights, risk validation, and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
MBA from a reputed institute.
5+ years of experience in a top-tier product-driven company.
Experience or knowledge of the  Escrow / Title Insurance  industry.
Hands on experience with AI tools and projects.
