Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Drive SME (EB & Non‑EB) business and achieve revenue targets.
Manage relationships with ICICI Bank branch teams; conduct joint calls and product trainings.
Handle end-to-end business: lead generation, requirement analysis, proposal coordination, and closures.
Guide and monitor team performance; ensure productivity and compliance.
Coordinate with underwriting/operations for quotes, documentation, and policy issuance.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of SME GI products (GMC, GPA, Property, Liability, Marine, etc.)
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Team leadership and performance management capabilities.
Qualification
Any graduate/MBA/PG (full time) with 5–7 years in General Insurance – SME segment (EB & Non‑EB) with team-handling exposure.
Good stability
Excellent communication and presentation skill
