Key Responsibilities
Drive customer experience, people management, attrition control, and hygiene standards.
Lead delivery groups of Team Leaders & Executives in collections.
Ensure seamless operations, SLA adherence, and high employee/customer satisfaction.
Engage with clients, manage relationships, and deliver value-add projects.
Monitor and analyze collections metrics (PTPs, conversion rates, recovery rate).
Maximize revenue generation and achieve financial goals.
Oversee performance management, reporting, and compliance.
Provide leadership, coaching, and create a positive work environment.
Manage and review operational reports (Attendance adherence, Client scorecard, Metrics management reports)

Skills & Knowledge
Strong banking domain expertise in collections/recoveries.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle stress, multitask, and deliver under deadlines.
Flexible to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
Strong organizational, presentation, and process improvement skills.
