About the Role
We are looking for a heavyweight, seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead large-scale, high-risk, and complex global delivery projects. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects, orchestrate cross-functional teams of 40+ people, and act as the primary strategic partner for C-level executives

What You’ll Do

● Global Delivery:
Manage large, complex, multi-region project delivery with high commercial and legal complexity.

● Team Leadership:
Direct, mentor, and inspire internal and external teams of 40+ people (including other PMs).

● Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership and C-suite executives.

● Financial Ownership:
Own project financials, ensuring reliable forecasting and meeting/exceeding approved budgets.

What We Are Looking For (Required Skills)

Experience:

5 to 10 years of solid project/program management experience.

● Must-Have

Certifications:

Active PMP AND CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certifications.

● Tech Domain Expertise:
Proven experience managing Data & AI projects, Cloud Solutions, Dev Ops implementations, and Datacenter/Application migrations.

● Methodology:
In-depth knowledge of advanced scheduling, risk management, and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

● Flexibility:
Comfortable working the night shift to support global client operations.

Education:

First Level University Degree (Advanced Degree preferred).
