Campus Director | Reputed Management Institute

The Director will be will be responsible for managing the academic and administrative affairs of the campus. Apart from providing leadership to educational, training, research and Consultancy related activities, the Director will need to build strong collaboration of the campus with national and state systems and other relevant national and international stakeholder organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic, administrative, research, training, and consultancy functions of the institute.

Develop and execute the long-term vision, strategic roadmap, and institutional goals in alignment with the board.

Drive sustainable revenue growth across academic programs, executive education, research, consultancy, training, and publications.

Strengthen the institute's national and international brand, reputation, rankings, accreditations, placements, admissions, and academic excellence.

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with government bodies, academic institutions, industry, foundations, and international agencies.

Lead institutional development initiatives, including new academic programs, research centres, collaborations, and innovation-driven growth.

Ensure sound financial management through budget planning, resource allocation, financial oversight, and adherence to approved budgets.

Oversee faculty and staff recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and overall human resource development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.d qualification is mandatory in Management or other related fields.
Total 12+ years of experience in academics along with leadership/administrative experience.
