Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Bengaluru. The Bartender will be responsible for serving customers with exceptional service, preparing and serving beverages to the highest standards, and maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities include taking orders, providing menu recommendations, creating craft beer and other beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Filling FLR.
Knowledge of Food & Beverage preparation with an emphasis on craft beers
Experience in Bartending and an understanding of mixology techniques
Proficiency in Cash Handling and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Prior experience in a bar, brewery, or hospitality setting is a plus
