Location: Bengaluru
Manage and expand an existing enterprise client account in Bangalore , with a focus on increasing our business presence and revenue within the account.
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, IT Leaders, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and key business stakeholders .
Identify new opportunities across departments, business units, technologies, and locations within the existing client organization.
Understand the client’s technical and business requirements and work closely with recruiting/delivery teams to identify the right talent and solutions.
Leverage existing relationships to generate new requirements, increase hiring volumes, and expand into new areas of the account .
Conduct regular client meetings, understand upcoming hiring plans, and proactively position our capabilities and services.
Track account pipeline, revenue, requirements, and growth opportunities and provide regular updates to leadership.
Technical background or experience in IT staffing/recruitment is preferred , with the ability to understand technologies, job requirements, and technical skill sets.
