Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage key accounts, and expand client relationships in the IT Services and Technology Solutions space.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition and business growth through hunting and farming .
Manage key accounts independently and build long-term client relationships.
Sell IT Services, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Technology Solutions .
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, procurement teams, and other decision-makers.
Identify opportunities across sectors such as BFSI, Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing.
Manage the sales pipeline, negotiations, and end-to-end closure.
Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.
Requirements
5–6 years of relevant IT/Technology Sales or Business Development experience.
Strong B2B/Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management experience.
Proven Hunter + Farmer orientation and value-selling skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Two-wheeler is mandatory.
Graduation in any discipline.
