Prepare microbiology media as per standard protocols
Maintain and calibrate lab equipment including balance, autoclave, water bath, LAF, BSC, microscope , etc.
Perform microbiological testing following standard procedures
Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions and recommend appropriate actions
Apply methodologies and data interpretation techniques to resolve technical challenges and support continuous improvement
Maintain laboratory quality assurance systems to ensure data validity
Keep accurate, up-to-date, and concise laboratory records
Support microbiological sampling and testing programs
Follow lab safety practices and handle/dispose biological materials per environmental regulations
Soft Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic, flexible, and innovative
Capable of working independently and managing multiple activities simultaneously
Proficient in reading and writing in English and local language
Acts quickly and decisively in critical situations
