Role Overview :
We are looking for a Technical Trainer with carpentry expertise to conduct basic technical and on-field training for service professionals. This is a non-FTE / contract-based role focused on skill development, quality improvement, and practical guidance in carpentry services.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and field training sessions related to carpentry work.
Support new professionals during onboarding and initial carpentry jobs.
Identify skill gaps and provide corrective technical guidance.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and service quality.
Maintain simple training reports and attendance records.
Coordinate with operations and quality teams.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma or relevant technical background in carpentry or woodworking.
Hands-on carpentry experience with basic training or mentoring ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel locally for field training and support.
