Installation Engineer

Location: Bengaluru

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform pre-installation checks and preparations, including reviewing project plans, organizing equipment, and conducting safety assessments.
2. Assist in the transportation and delivery of turbine components to the installation site.
3. Participate in the assembly and installation of wind turbine components, including tower sections, nacelles, blades, and hub assemblies.
4. Follow installation procedures and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient turbine installation.
5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues or challenges.
6. Conduct quality inspections and tests during and after installation to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
7. Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment throughout the installation process.
8. Complete installation reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to wind turbine installation.

Requirements:
1.

Experience:

8-10 Years (Proven experience in wind/turbine installation is a must)
2.

Education:

BE /

B.Tech / Diploma / technical or vocational training in a relevant field
3. Knowledge:
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical systems.
4. Ability:
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Skill:
Effective communication skills, Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, Flexibility to travel and work at different project sites as required.
6. Language:
English, Hindi.
