Nonprofit Accountant — Financial Reporting & Compliance

North Mississippi Commission on Mental Illness and is seeking an experienced accountant to maintain official accounting records in accordance with government accounting principles. The position requires close collaboration with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with federal reports and the completion of the agency budget.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting and four to five years of accounting experience. Experience in a non-profit setting is preferred. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, audit reports, and strategic financial reviews.
