Accountant, Bookkeeper​/ Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant

C&L Aviation Services, part of the globally recognized C&L Aviation Group, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Bangor, Maine. In this role, you'll contribute to the financial operations of multiple business entities, assisting with financial reporting, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting functions that support our worldwide aviation business.

• The role will have a major focus on assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements for various entities
• The role will also cover other aspects of bookkeeping including:
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliation
• GL reconciliations
• The ability and willingness to undertake a variety of accounting tasks is essential, as is the ability to work autonomously

• Have a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and accounting software
• Accounting Degree
• Accounting software packages used include but not limited to:
  Quick Books and Quantum (training to be provided using these programs)
