Accountancy Practice recruitment specialists Clark Wood are working with a well-established and highly regarded independent firm of Chartered Accountants in Bangor, who are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Senior to join their growing team.

You will work with a varied portfolio of predominantly owner-managed businesses and SMEs, providing a range of accounting and tax services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing statutory accounts and management accounts
• Preparing personal and corporation tax returns
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
• Taking responsibility for your own portfolio of clients and working towards managing this independently
• Supporting members of the team where appropriate

• AAT qualified, ACA / ACCA qualified or QBE
• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice
• Strong accounts and tax knowledge
• Confident dealing directly with clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage and prioritise your workload
