Client Service Associate - Camden

Overview

CAMDEN - BASS & CASS are seeking a dedicated, professional Client Service Associate for our client, a local investment advisory firm. In this Direct Hire role, you will be the welcoming face of the office and an essential part of the client experience, supporting both clients and advisors with professionalism and care.

• First point of contact for clients in-person, over the phone, and through email.
• Provide administrative support for advisors and assist with client and team meetings.
• Manage document organization, including scanning, filing, and form completion.
• Assist clients with forms and transfer of funds.
• Oversee office supplies and conference space.
• Take on special projects as needed.

The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week). The position is salaried at $48,500 (non-exempt). Our client also offers a competitive benefits package.

• Previous experience in Financial Services Industry, Brokerage House, or Banking
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Warm, welcoming personality; strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail, good math skills, and comfortable working with numbers
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and comfortable learning other computer programs
• Must meet background and credit check requirements
