As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow for our President and leadership team. You'll work closely with senior executives and the leadership department to deliver results that make a difference.

What You'll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President and the broader leadership team.
  • Coordinate board meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
  • Manage complex projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
  • Create, edit, and format professional documents and correspondence.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and communications with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Collaborate directly with the leadership team to ensure all organizational needs are met promptly.
