As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow for our President and leadership team. You'll work closely with senior executives and the leadership department to deliver results that make a difference.
What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the President and the broader leadership team.
- Coordinate board meetings and accurately record meeting minutes.
- Manage complex projects and administrative tasks as assigned by leadership.
- Create, edit, and format professional documents and correspondence.
- Manage incoming phone calls and communications with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Collaborate directly with the leadership team to ensure all organizational needs are met promptly.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Professionalism: A polished aura and communication style suitable for interacting with executive leadership and board members.
- Experience: Proven background in administrative roles; previous experience supporting high-level executives or working in a medical office environment is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Project Management: The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional Exposure: Gain experience working directly with the President and executive board.

Schedule:
