DescriptionThe Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness and Operations supports the mission of the Office of Institutional Effectiveness through the coordination of assessment, accreditation, strategic initiatives, office operations, project management, and administrative processes. Working collaboratively with academic and administrative units, the position serves as a central point of coordination for office workflow, meetings, events, reporting activities, committee support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role provides organizational, technical, and operational support that advances institutional effectiveness, promotes data-informed decision-making, and ensures the efficient execution of departmental priorities. The Coordinator manages multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining effective communication, accurate records, and strong relationships across the University.

Coordinate office workflow, project timelines, and departmental priorities to ensure timely completion of initiatives.
Manage departmental calendars, meeting schedules, event planning, travel arrangements, and logistical support.
Coordinate accreditation, assessment, strategic planning, and program review activities.
Maintain documentation, records, evidence repositories, and reporting materials associated with institutional effectiveness activities.
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of accreditation visits, annual reports, self‑studies, and institutional reviews.
Support academic and administrative units in collecting, organizing, and submitting information required for assessment, accreditation, and planning processes.
Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow‑up communications for committees, working groups, and institutional initiatives.
Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Coordinate faculty development activities, workshops, training sessions, and special events sponsored by the Office of Institutional Effectiveness.
Assist with survey administration, data collection activities, and preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain departmental websites, shared resources, forms, templates, and communication materials.
Develop and maintain tracking systems to support project management, accreditation timelines, assessment cycles, and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with university offices to gather, organize, and distribute information supporting institutional priorities.
Provide administrative and operational support for institutional committees, task forces, and university initiatives.
Support implementation of the University’s strategic plan and continuous improvement efforts.
Provide responsive, professional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of institutional priorities, or assigned by the Office of the Provost.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required;
Master's or terminal degree preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in higher education administration, project management, office management, accreditation support, assessment, event coordination, or related fields.
Familiarity with higher education accreditation, assessment, institutional effectiveness, or program review processes preferred.
Experience supporting committees, strategic initiatives, or institutional projects preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience coordinating meetings, events, schedules, and complex workflows.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience maintaining records, documentation systems, and project tracking tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management or collaboration platforms.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
