Office Administrator in Bangor - Immediate Need!
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers? We're looking for a dependable Office Administrator to keep the office running smoothly and provide excellent customer service.
What You'll Do- Answer and direct phone calls
- Process customer orders and calculate pricing
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- File, scan, copy, and organize documents
- Support daily office operations and customer needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry experience
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
