• Move vehicles from customer drop‑off into the shop and back to the service center for repairs.
• Transport customers using the service center shuttle, following all driver safety rules.
• Wash vehicles as requested by customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the service center, technician shop, and shuttle vehicle.
• Notify the service manager of any maintenance or repairs needed for shuttle vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver parts and customer vehicles to and from vendors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional, courteous manner when interacting with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

• Capable of lifting, carrying, and transporting up to 25 pounds up to 60 feet.
• Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling.
