• Building trust-based relationships with customers by understanding their vehicle needs
• Serving as a knowledgeable, proactive advisor—ensuring smooth repair and service experiences
• Coordinating with technicians and following up with customers
• Keeping clear, accurate documentation per department and warranty guidelines
• Using your multitasking and time-management skills to thrive in a dynamic shop environment

• Brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others
• Communicates clearly and effectively with both customers and teammates
• Has strong computer skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Maintains a polished, professional presence
• Holds a valid driver’s license
