Park East Villa, a 16-unit independent living community in Bangor, is seeking a part-time Tenant Relations Coordinator starting at $22.00 per hour. The role covers tenant relations, rent collection, sales and marketing, and community outreach, with oversight of move-ins/move-outs and lease management.
The coordinator will also coordinate housekeeping and maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness. Reporting to administration, you will help maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
