Responsibilities
  • Uphold the highest standards for safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring every operation aligns with NEI’s reputation for outstanding performance.
  • Take charge of job-site operations with precision, confidence, and clarity, managing crews and resolving issues in high-stakes environments.
  • Review plans, maintain progress reports, and manage procurement with meticulous attention to detail, knowing that quality requires precision.
  • Anticipate potential setbacks, adapt plans seamlessly, and find solutions that keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Connect with others to build strong relationships with team members, owners’ representatives, and subcontractors, driving collaboration and results.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to perform at their best, creating an environment of trust, high morale, and skillfulness.
  • Lead from pre-construction to final walk-through, coordinating with owners’ representatives, mentoring crews, and making critical decisions in dynamic environments.
Qualifications
  • Leverage at least 5 years of relevant experience in heavy civil construction, fluency in OSHA regulations, and expertise in interpreting construction drawings and reports.
