A full-time Financial Services Specialist (Teller) position is available at the Bangor branch. The FSS will be an active member of the branch team with a focus on assisting customers with all service transactions. A strong focus will be placed on developing new relationships and deepening existing customer relationships through cross-selling products and services, running a cash drawer, referring complex requests to the appropriate banker and proactive customer outreach.

• Assist customers with all service transactions.

• Run a cash drawer and handle cash accurately.
• Refer complex requests to the appropriate banker.
• Conduct proactive customer outreach.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service or retail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Travel for onboarding: up to one week of in-person training at Machias within the first 30 days; future training may require travel if retraining is needed.
