Marketing Brand Ambassador

We’re seeking energetic team members to deliver exceptional guest service at PENN Entertainment. The role focuses on creating a welcoming environment, representing the Hollywood brand, and supporting guests throughout their experience.

• Promote and maintain all steps of the outstanding guest service program with each patron and team member you may come in contact with.
• Maintain an upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, and positive energy from one interaction to the next.
• Utilize smiles, frequent eye contact, and a friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness.
• Create an atmosphere of luck and celebrate customer wins.
• Be ready to serve and be well informed of daily facility hours, promotional programs, and other relevant valuable guest information; build relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for visiting.
• Talk with customers, pose for pictures, and interact with guests while projecting the Hollywood brand.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior entertainer experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable wearing and appearing in uniform/costumes.
• Adherence to established company and departmental appearance standards, including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines at all times.
