Customer Service Agent

L.L.Bean is seeking Customer Service Home Agents to support our loyal retail customers from the comfort of home. In this remote role, you'll handle inbound calls, chat, and email to answer product questions, place and track orders, process returns, and resolve issues with warmth and accuracy. You'll use L.L.Bean's systems and knowledge base to research solutions, document interactions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities
