Member of incoming call group which responds to and distributes incoming calls to the respective departments / employees.
Member of the Zendesk ticket system:
Responding to ticket requests as assigned by the coordinator Responding to carrier requests for agent and agency licenses as assigned by the licensing and contracting coordinator. Support for:
Agent Terminations of logins and appointments Resolve appointment and login issues New and existing agent appointment and login requests
Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $18–$22 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity. Cross Insurance offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more.
