Carrier Login​/Licensing Assistant

• Member of incoming call group which responds to and distributes incoming calls to the respective departments / employees.
• Member of the Zendesk ticket system:
  Responding to ticket requests as assigned by the coordinator
• Responding to carrier requests for agent and agency licenses as assigned by the licensing and contracting coordinator.
• Support for:
  Agent Terminations of logins and appointments
• Resolve appointment and login issues
• New and existing agent appointment and login requests

Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is $18–$22 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
