Job Summary /Description

WABI has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative/Sales Assistant—an organized, detail-oriented professional ready to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment. You'll be at the center of our sales operation, assisting with sales data entry for both broadcast and digital channels, processing paperwork, handling order entry, and contributing to traffic continuity across Local and National accounts. You'll also support the Office Manager in key administrative tasks.

In this fast-paced environment, your ability to stay organized while juggling multiple priorities will be essential.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
  • Learn WABI and WAGM Sales Programs to help drive growth on all platforms.
  • Coordinate Digital Platform Activities.
  • Partner with Traffic at WABI and WAGM to help manage continuity.
  • Take on key initiatives and collaborate with other departments and department heads as needed.
  • Support WABI with changing priorities and emerging projects.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Prior media experience is preferred, but we're not asking for perfection; we're asking for potential.
  • We're committed to training the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, the drive to learn, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated and proactive, seeking out tasks and taking ownership of responsibilities without needing full-time direction.
