Overview

Kennebec Pediatrics, a thriving, well-established practice of Maine General Medical Center, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician to join their collegial team, meeting patients' medical needs through compassionate, respectful and professional care.

Join a team of physicians along with a full complement of excellent nursing and support staff in an outpatient setting, providing comprehensive care from infancy to young adulthood.

• Schedule consists of 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of dedicated administrative time.
• No evening clinic hours.
• No inpatient pediatric, emergency department, or newborn nursery coverage.
• After-hours on-call service begins at 4:50 pm and ends at 7:45 am on weekends; weekend call service from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
• Teaching opportunities for third year medical students from the University of New England.
• Option to work as a per diem pediatric hospitalist if desired, though not required.

Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician.
