Join St. Joseph Healthcare
—a distinguished member of Covenant Health—as a full-time BE/BC Anesthesiologist at our 80-bed acute care hospital located in the scenic heart of Bangor, Maine. This key role will support six operating rooms and four endoscopy suites, handling a diverse case mix that includes:

• 40% Orthopedic
• 30% General Surgery
• 30% mix of Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Gynecology

• Provide anesthesia care for cases across orthopedic, general surgery, neurosurgery, plastic surgery, podiatry, and gynecology as described by the case mix.
• Support six operating rooms and four endoscopy suites with a diverse caseload.
• Balance direct patient care with medical direction of experienced CRNAs in a 50/50 workload split.
• Adhere to the hospital’s patient-centered care model and quality standards.

• BE/BC Anesthesiologist
• J1/H1B waiver eligible position
• No Cardiothoracic, Trauma, or Obstetrics cases (per role scope)

• Balanced lifestyle with a 1 in 7 call schedule and a post-call day off
• 40 days PTO per year, with 44 post-call days off
