Outpatient Hem​/Onc - Light Call Maine

New England Cancer Specialists (NECS) Maine's largest independent oncology and hematology practice seeks a Board‑Certified (or Eligible) Hematologist‑Oncologist to join its highly successful, physician‑led group. As a private practice and affiliate member of Dana‑Farber Cancer Institute, NECS offers the best of both worlds: autonomy, strong infrastructure, and access to cutting‑edge research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.

• Competitive compensation based on MGMA median ($550K+ base + wRVU bonus)
• 4 clinic days + 1 administrative day

• Primarily one location with optional outreach (1-2 sites)
• Manageable volume: 12-16 patients/day once ramped
• Low‑burden call: 1:16 rotation, APPs take first call just a handful of calls per year
• Two months PTO + CME
• BC/BE in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
