Bangor, Maine A leading 400-bed regional medical center seeks a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join an established hospital-employed team. Physicians with an interest in high-risk OB and/or robotic surgery will find strong institutional support, advanced facilities and skilled colleagues. Join a respected group of 8 Physicians, 2 CNMs and 2 experienced NPs, supported by a skilled team of sonographers, RNs, surgical teams and on-site MFM consultants. Together, this team manages some 1,100 deliveries annually and provides full-scope womens health services to a patient population of over 500,000 people many of whom travel from communities across northern and eastern Maine for care in Bangor.

You will practice in a recently completed $300 million hospital tower featuring a brand-new Women & Infants unit with private rooms, new labor & delivery suites, and two state-of-the-art OB/GYN surgical theaters. Robotic surgery is available via 4 Da Vinci Xi robots. On-site amenities include 24-hour anesthesia, a Level III NICU, and immediate access to Maternal Fetal Medicine consultants. Teaching opportunities are available too, as this team supports the hospitals Family Medicine Residency Program and welcomes rotating medical students.

A highly competitive compensation package is offered, including a generous base salary, RVU incentives, a cash sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, generous student loan repayment, liability insurance, and medical, dental, disability, and life insurance.
