• Create a flexible elementary grade program and class environment favorable to learning and personal growth
• Ability to communicate with staff members, pupils, and parents
• Become an active participant of our grade level team
• Establish good relationships with parents and with other staff members
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students
• Teaches reading, writing, social studies, mathematics, and science, while supporting art, health, physical education, and music instruction to pupils in the classroom, utilizing curriculum adopted by the Bangor School Department and using workshop model framework of instruction
