Position
Physical Science Teacher, Grades 9-12 – Bangor High School
Qualifications- Current Maine certification in Physical Science (required).
- Additional endorsement in Life Science (preferred).
- Strong academic background in Chemistry (required).
- Ability to engage, challenge, and support students.
- Ability to implement inquiry based instruction.
- Ability to use technology effectively in instruction.
- Knowledge of state and national science standards, including NGSS.
- Familiarity with a variety of assessment techniques.
- Ability and desire to work with students on research projects associated with STEM.
